Ad Curam brings TrAIcorder to Saronno: innovation supporting prevention
Ad Curam is the first and only outpatient clinic in Saronno to offer TrAIcorder's non-invasive Video Check-Up, alongside a periodic health monitoring programme.
SARONNO Ad Curam, the specialist outpatient clinic in Saronno that continuously invests in new technologies supporting health, is taking another step forward in its innovation journey.
TrAIcorder was officially delivered in recent days. This innovative CE-marked Medical Device Software uses Artificial Intelligence to perform a non-invasive Video Check-Up in approximately two minutes, without any physical contact with the patient.
The delivery took place in the presence of Dr Marco Voto, Commercial Director of Ad Astra Innovation & Design S.r.l., the company that develops and distributes TrAIcorder technology.
Using sophisticated Video Imaging and Artificial Intelligence algorithms, the device analyses subtle colour variations in the face and simultaneously processes numerous physiological and cardiometabolic parameters. It provides estimated indicators and their associated risk levels to support prevention and health monitoring pathways.
Ad Curam will be the first and only facility in Saronno to make this technology available, confirming its commitment to investing in innovative tools that can tangibly improve care for local residents.
“Innovation has value only when it tangibly improves the way we care for people,” says Massimiliano Catalani, Sole Director of Ad Curam.
“When we discovered TrAIcorder, we understood that we were not simply purchasing new technology, but introducing a new approach to prevention. Our aim is to help people monitor their health continuously, because we believe modern medicine should accompany patients even before illness appears.”
The introduction of TrAIcorder is another milestone in the growth journey undertaken by Ad Curam in recent years, characterised by an expansion of specialties, multidisciplinary integration and continuous investment in innovative technologies.
Alongside the Video Check-Up, Ad Curam will develop a periodic monitoring programme. Patients will be able to repeat the check over time, gaining an evolving view of the measured parameters and greater awareness of their health.
“The true value of prevention lies not in a single measurement, but in the ability to observe how our body changes over time,” Catalani continues.
“This is why we have decided to build a dedicated pathway that allows patients to receive ongoing support and, when necessary, be directed towards the most appropriate specialist examinations.”
Ad Astra Innovation & Design also emphasised the significance of its collaboration with Ad Curam. “We chose to collaborate with Ad Curam because we found an organisation that fully shares our vision for the medicine of the future: medicine that is increasingly focused on prevention and supported by technological innovation, while always keeping the physician and patient at the centre of the care pathway.
TrAIcorder delivers its greatest value when integrated into an organisational model capable of turning data into a culture of prevention. We recognised this philosophy in Ad Curam and are confident that this collaboration will represent an important opportunity for the local community,” says Dr Marco Voto, Commercial Director of Ad Astra Innovation & Design S.r.l.
For Ad Curam, the arrival of TrAIcorder is another step towards building a healthcare model that combines technological innovation, clinical expertise and attention to the individual.
The clinic thus reaffirms its mission: to offer increasingly advanced services while maintaining a human, multidisciplinary approach focused on prevention.
